If the US Were Doing as Well as India…
India. It was in the news with a big spike in May. Here’s a picture of that spike, from Worldometers:
News articles claimed that it was because they were unvaccinated, and also that they were doing worse than the US.Here are some facts:
- India is still less than 13% vaccinated
- Cases are very low in India
- Covid is on a downward trend
- India recommended “horse medicine” (Ivermectin) prophylactically to their people at the end of April 2020.
- Get this–while we all saw photos of dying people in India and thought it was *so much worse than here,* because that is what the media portrayed, we were lied to, guys
- The fact is, their death rate is 317 per million people and the US’s is 2,033
- In other words, if we were doing as “bad” as India, ****567,996 lives would have been saved in our country*****
